Refunds and cancellation

Short version: you can cancel AnswerSpot in two clicks, you are never charged after you cancel, and if something went wrong with a payment we put it right fast.
Cancel in two clicks
Cancel any time from your billing page in two clicks. No emails, calls or forms, and no offers to sit through. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
- Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled? We refund the extra charge in full, every time.
- Not happy after your first payment? Ask within 14 days and we refund it in full. No questions.
- How fast: we send the refund within 2 business days of your request. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
How to ask
Write to admin@answerspot.ai from the email address on your account and tell us which charge it is about. You will get a reply from a person.
